Integration self support program for Turks abroad

I am psycologist Dr. Nilufer Zwart, I am living in Istanbul and want to interest you for the following subject: 

I have set up a program containing a technique which can be a great help to foreigners, in this case Turks, during their integration proces abroad.

In Istanbul, I am teaching refugees a selfhelp technique which they can use anywhere when they suffer from fears, anxiety, sadness , anger, hate, unhappines, panic attack and so on. This technique doesn't take long time  is easy and  effective. ( everybody can learn it ; children, uneducated people, old people and so on ) 

I am married with a dutch man and we visit offen the Netherlands. Being a Turk myself , I know and understand the emotions of the Turks living abroad.

My wish is to teach this technique for Turks in the Netherlands.
